Assistant Network Engineer

About the role

Duties

• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support for customers’ network infrastructure
• Provide implementation support of network service requests
• Develop technical skills and product knowledge to deliver technical service
• Co-operate with internal parties and external vendor for technical service to customer
• Prepare regular status update and report on the assigned tasks
• Work on 7x24 shift duty

Job specification

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or related disciplines
• Knowledge and hands-on experience on enterprise networking infrastructure, includes Routing, Switching, Firewall and WLAN (e.g. Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Fortinet, Aruba, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience
• Holder of Cisco CCNA is preferred.
• Good command in both written and spoken English
