As our Head of Manufacturing and Planning, you will lead the integration of Production Operations, Material Planning, Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance to build a resilient, future-ready manufacturing organization that supports the rapid growth of Hyper Scale Data Centers and critical infrastructure projects across the world. Beyond delivering world-class performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity, you will play a strategic role in building the pathways to customer success—ensuring our manufacturing capabilities, planning strategies and continuous improvement initiatives enable Siemens to deliver reliable, scalable and sustainable solutions for our customers.

You'll create impact on:

• **Lead Manufacturing Excellence: **Drive shop floor operations to achieve best-in-class performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and operational readiness.
• **Strengthen Material Planning & Supply Resilience: **Build strategic material planning capabilities and ensure effective demand, capacity, and inventory management to support business growth and key projects.
• **Drive Cross-Functional Planning & Customer Responsiveness: **Lead S&OP processes and collaborate across functions to improve agility, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
• **Advance Lean, Digitalization & Automation: **Champion Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, factory digitalization, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
• **Ensure Asset Reliability, Facilities & Sustainability: **Maintain world-class equipment, utilities, and infrastructure through proactive maintenance while driving EHS, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
• **Lead Operational Excellence & Business Transformation: **Shape and execute the Operational Excellence roadmap, promote Industry 4.0 and AI adoption, and leverage global best practices to accelerate manufacturing performance and customer success.

Your defining qualities:

• Educational Foundation: Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field), with a Master's Degree being an advantage.
• Extensive Manufacturing Leadership: Possesses a minimum of 10 years in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• **Proven Operational Expertise: **Demonstrated experience across key areas like Production Management, Strategic Material Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, and Maintenance Management.
• Lean & Digital Transformation Acumen: Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Capacity Planning, and leading factory transformation, automation, or digitalization programs.
• **Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership: **Exhibits strong strategic thinking, change management, people development, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Bilingual & Project Experience: Business fluent in English and Vietnamese, with an advantage in supporting large-scale projects (e.g., Data Centers, Infrastructure).
