Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations related; relevant qualified certification desired, CPM/CPSM/CIPS or PMP etc.

5+ years’ experience in procurement, managing ~ $50+ Million DM spend w/a category leads role plus,
-
Proficient knowledge of supplier mgmt. (supplier selection/approval; contingency planning; industry trends; short and long term strategy development) given higher consideration.

Proven track record in developing and managing key/strategic supplier relationships across regions; resulting in improved scorecard, Proven cost management/ program management record.

Good record of work experience in relevant industry e.g. HVAC&R / Automotive industry.

Lean/Six Sigma Belt experience a plus.

Fluent in English skill.
