About the role
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Website Management
-
Manage website content updates, ensuring pages, news, campaign content and assets are accurate, timely and aligned with brand guidelines.

Work closely with web vendors to troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, broken links, formatting problems and performance-related matters.

Monitor website performance and highlight areas for improvement across content, user experience and campaign visibility.

Ensure website updates are completed on time and properly tracked. Marketing Operations, Analytics & Reporting

Monitor Google Analytics and other digital performance dashboards.

Prepare monthly digital marketing updates and reports, including website traffic, engagement, user behaviour, campaign performance and key insights.

Support campaign reporting by tracking results, consolidating data and providing clear observations on performance and learnings.

Maintain proper documentation of digital activities, campaign results, vendor follow-ups and reporting timelines.

Share recommendations based on data, past experience and campaign learnings to improve future execution. Social Media Management

Monitor BDC’s social media channels and flag relevant activity, engagement, comments or issues.

Draft, schedule and publish posts across LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.

Support the development of social content for brand campaigns, corporate news, events, thought leadership and ESG initiatives.

Ensure all posts follow brand tone, messaging, visual guidelines and approval processes.

Track social media performance and recommend ways to improve reach, engagement and amplification. Brand Campaign & Project Support

Support the amplification of brand campaigns across digital and social channels.

Work with internal teams and vendors to adapt campaign assets for web, LinkedIn and other digital channels.

Contribute ideas for social-first content, campaign extensions and alternative ways to increase visibility and engagement.

Support ad-hoc marketing projects, digital launches and communications activities as required.

Bring relevant past campaign experience and key learnings to strengthen planning, execution and reporting.
Qualifications
Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, social media or campaign support.

Prior experience in the high-tech, B2B technology, cloud, data centre, digital infrastructure or enterprise technology space is preferred.

Experience supporting brand campaigns, digital campaigns or integrated marketing initiatives will be an advantage.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, social media publishing, website content management and digital reporting.

Savvy with WordPress CMS, with the ability to update website content, upload assets, manage page edits, troubleshoot basic formatting issues and coordinate with vendors on technical fixes.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, website content workflows and social media analytics.

Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools, with the ability to create simple social media visuals and make basic multimedia edits. Key Attributes
