EHS Engineer (Thailand)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EHS laws, client requirements, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Identify, assess, and control EHS risks through inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Implement EHS policies, procedures, training, and emergency preparedness.
• Support operations, facility projects, and change management with EHS guidance.
• Promote continuous improvement and strong safety culture.
• Provide 24/7 on‑call EHS support for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant experience acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of Thailand EHS laws and regulations related to data centres, facilities, and building operations.
• Registered / Certified EHS Officer in Thailand (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• 8+ years EHS experience in facilities, critical infrastructure, data centres, or industrial environments.
• Experience in inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigation, and corrective actions.
• Ability to support operations, maintenance, projects, and change management with EHS guidance.
• Good communication skills and strong commitment to safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic EHS systems.
• Willing to provide 24/7 on‑call EHS support.
