About the role

Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for the development and implementation of Real Estate Project Operation Strategy and plan, to ensure that the project in accordance with the plan smoothly. •Responsible for coordinating all functional departments and related units, including design, construction, supervision, etc. , to ensure that the project completed in accordance with the plan. •Responsible for monitoring the progress of the project, timely detection of problems and make adjustments to ensure the achievement of project objectives. •Be responsible for the development and implementation of resource management plan to ensure the effective use of project resources. •Be responsible for developing and implementing risk management plan to ensure the safety and stability of the project. •Be responsible for developing and implementing quality management plan to ensure the quality of the project in line with relevant standards and customer requirements. •Be responsible for developing and implementing cost management plans to ensure that project costs are within budget.

Qualifications

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above, real estate management, engineering management and other related professional priorities. •At least 10 years experience in real estate project operation and management, with successful cases preferred. •familiar with the real estate project development process and related policies and regulations. •have good organization and coordination ability and team spirit. •Strong ability of risk management, cost management and schedule management.
