Senior Engineer-Network Projects

About the role

• Monitor proxy servers and internet access services on a daily basis

• Provide L1 support for proxy-related incidents (user access issues, URL blocking, slow browsing, etc.)

• Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve standard issues within defined SLAs

• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with proper analysis and logs

• Create, update, and manage tickets in ITSM tools

• Support user access requests (URL whitelisting/blacklisting as per policy)

• Check and maintain proxy logs and alerts

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

• Follow incident, problem, and change management processes

• Maintain proper documentation and daily reports
