As a Capital Markets Sales professional, this role bridge the gap between financial trading strategy and telecom network engineering, contributing to

the performance of global financial markets.

What you will do

• Business Development & Account Management with both of Japan domestic and international capital markets accounts.

Customers are varied from domestic mega banking corporation to emerging technology oriented startups.

You can feel dynamisms of rapidly changing capital market through day to day work.

• Consultative Sales of Colt’s cutting edge Network services including ULL (Ultra Low Latency), Market Data Services, DC colocations, and etc.
• Learn and acquire market & product Expertise which are ranging from IT infrastructure, network, inter-continent subsea cables up to Cloud environment

Manage and execute commercial & contract management which will require professional sales operation expertise that could be a foundation of young business person’s business acumen.

• Enthusiastic on learning new things, acquiring new skills, good at listening to others to cultivate and harvest his/her acumen as young business person.
• Willing to collaborate, engage and cooperate with other employee in country and overseas. Who understands the outcome will be even bigger by collaborating with others.
• At the same time, self-starter to be able to proactively approach to others for necessary knowledges and experiences. In multi-cultural company like Colt, passive attitude would not help anyone grow fast, rather aggressiveness and eager to succeed with positive attitude will help young business person get up-to-speed.
• Business level Japanese
• Proficiency in English will be a plus
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic Knowledge of capital marketing trading such as stock trading, block chain, HFT will be a plus
