About the role
Technical Leadership
- Lead the design and development of AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Participate in architecture reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Support technical planning and solution design activities.
AI Solution Development
- Develop enterprise AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Design scalable AI services and reusable components.
- Evaluate new AI technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.
Cloud & AI Operations
- Deploy AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms.
- Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams to implement AI deployment pipelines.
- Support model monitoring, performance optimization, and AI lifecycle management.
Collaboration
- Work with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Encourage continuous learning and innovation within the team.
