About the role
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile network design, planning, and optimization.
•Strong understanding of 4G/5G RAN + ORAN technologies, network layers, and deployment workflows.
•Experience with multi-vendor environments and integration of third-party network solutions.
•Proficient in Radio network troubleshooting, parameter tuning, and performance analytics.
•Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, containerization (e.g., Kubernetes), and network slicing is preferred.
•Hands-on experience with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Java, C#, SQL) for automation and reporting.
•Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills to lead cross-functional collaboration and vendor coordination.
•AI certification is an advantage
