POSITION SCOPE岗位范围 :

发动机测试项目试验前准备，上下台架，执行大纲试验任务；并配合支持试验设备维护和故障处理；

Engine test project preparation, dock in and undock engine, perform test operation according to test plan; support equipment and troubleshooting;

POSITION PURPOSE岗位目标 :

-发动机试验相关的零件、设备的安装、拆卸，PUMA参数设置；

-按照测试大纲要求完成试验，准确采集数据，并能根据试验数据进行发动机故障分析；

engine testing related components and instruments installation and disassemble, PUMA parameter configuration；
finish test as following the test plan requirement, collect data correctly, and engine fault recognition and troubleshooting base on the data acquired；

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES岗位关键职责:

负责试验前准备工作，包括EGP，排气管，后处理部件，可移动设备等
按要求上下台架，并保持现场整洁
负责台架日常点检，发现异常及时处理
试验前检查测试设备，确保设备处于正常状态
按大纲要求操作PUMA试验系统进行试验
负责试验过程中的部件更换, 发动机保养, 故障排除等
确保“实时”试验数据的有效性
Responsible for test preparation, including EGP, AFT components, exhaust pipe, portable instruments etc.
Dock in end undock engine, and keep test cell clean and tidy
Responsible for daily check, fix issues if needed
Check test equipment before test and guarantee the readiness
Operate PUMA system to complete test task according to test plan
Responsible for component replacement, engine service and troubleshooting
Make sure online test data valid
