About the role

What you will do

  • Audit and evaluate customer/vendor invoices, contracts, and orders to ensure accurate billing and adequate margin is obtained.
  • Conduct variance reporting, root cause identification, and error resolution resulting in revenue recovery or cost savings.
  • Work with multiple departments to ensure services are at the appropriate margins and installed and disconnected in agreed timeframes.
  • Identify process improvements driving efficiencies throughout the business.
  • Support ad hoc requests, reports and projects and participate in operational reviews with stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Proficient English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to develop productive business relationships with internal & external team members.
  • Intermediate data management and manipulation skills.
  • Microsoft Office intermediate experience (Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in groups with varying priorities and operational targets.
  • Team player with a passion for service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
