Senior Facility Engineer

About the role

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign work orders to the technical team to carry out routine repair and maintenance work

• Provide technical guidance for E&M improvement works

• Schedule and implement planned maintenance work as assigned

• Monitor the progress of all contracted-out projects and tenants' fit-out works

• Prepare approvalform to top management for the procurement of any goods/services

• Assist in testing and commissioning of tenants' fit-out works and handover of premises to new tenants

• Maintain IOS9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 QEMS Systems for data centre operation

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Electrical/Machanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or relevant disciplines

• 10 years' experience in Electrical and / or MVAC Operation and Maintenance

• Experience in Dat Centre is highly preferred

• Familiar with UPS, Gensets, Chiller Plant, LV switchboards and CRACs

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Facility Engineer
