About the role

The Executive Assistant to the Head of Customer Interaction Suite is a role of strategic consequence, designed for a professional who can operate as a trusted partner and operational anchor to a senior business leader.

The person in this role will sit at the heart of the Customer Interaction Suite leadership office, serving as the primary interface between the Head and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders — from cross-functional business heads and global partners to analysts and customers. This role demands sound judgement, business awareness, executional discipline, and an unwavering commitment to discretion and integrity. 1. Strategic Project & PMO Support

  • Lead coordination of key projects and strategic commitments, ensuring governance, milestone tracking, and timely closure

  • Build decision-ready reports, dashboards, and briefing documents by consolidating inputs across functions and geographies

  • Support the leader’s strategic agenda through research, data analysis, and market intelligence

2. Executive Office Management

  • Manage the Head's calendar, communications, and travel — ensuring time is allocated strategically to the highest priorities

  • Prepare and review all materials for leadership reviews, senior engagements, and external forums with a quality-first lens

  • Own action item tracking and follow-through across all commitments from the leader's office

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Head's office across internal leadership, global partners, and external stakeholders including industry analysts

  • Represent the Customer Interaction Suite function credibly in multi-stakeholder settings, exercising sound judgement on escalations and sensitive matters

  • Build and sustain trust-based relationships across geographies, functions, and seniority levels

4. Business Rhythm & Governance

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of periodic reviews / connects

  • Ensure the Head is consistently well-prepared — right context, right materials, right people — ahead of every commitment

  • Handle sensitive operational matters with full discretion and alignment to Tata's governance standards

5. Leadership Communication & Engagement

  • Draft and manage leadership communications — all-hands messages, internal announcements, and external-facing content

  • Plan and execute engagement forums and internal events with seamless end-to-end ownership

  • Act as a credible liaison across the organisation, driving a culture of responsiveness and collaboration

  • Proactive Ownership - Takes initiative ahead of the ask. Demonstrates full accountability with minimal supervision, and flags risks early — always with a solution in hand.

  • Strategic Awareness - Brings genuine curiosity about the technology and enterprise business landscape. Connects broader market dynamics to the day-to-day priorities of the function, adding value beyond administrative support.

  • Structured Thinking - Breaks complex, multi-stakeholder challenges into clear plans and drives rigorous follow-through. Manages information, priorities, and timelines with clarity and discipline.

  • Emotional Intelligence - Maintains composure in high-pressure and ambiguous situations. Exercises discretion, empathy, and diplomacy — particularly when navigating sensitive information and competing stakeholder interests.

  • Collaborate & Influence - Builds credibility across functions, geographies, and levels. Drives decisions, follow-ups, and timely action through clarity, professionalism, and collaborative persuasion.

  • Agility & Adaptability - Manages shifting priorities and last-minute changes with grace. Flexes approach and schedule to meet the demands of a global, fast-paced business environment.

  • Confidentiality & Integrity - Upholds the highest standards of discretion in all business-critical matters. Demonstrates strong personal ethics and consistent alignment with Tata's values in every interaction.

  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a reputed institution (preferred); Bachelor's degree as a minimum

  • 5–7 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or equivalent role supporting senior business leadership

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and strategic workstreams from an executive office
