About the role
Broad outline of the Role
- Responsible for driving day to day system and service engineering and operations. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Technical/ Engineering degree with 0-4 years of experience
Other Knowledge & Skills
- Experience in network maintenance/ migrations/enhancements
- Expertise on various telecommunication equipment
- Good Knowledge in various products offered by service provider.
Key Responsibilities
Research and development of new Security engineering products
Carrying out the Proof of concepts
Documentation of Technical support documents and service Guides about the products created.
Guiding Service assurance team on the technically escalated issues
Publishing dashboards to track projects. Handling customer Demos.
Desired Skill sets
Working Experience in the network security products like Fortinet, PaloAlto, Cisco, Juniper, etc.,
Working Experience in the DDOS products like Arbor
Working Experience in the PAM products Working Experience in the WAF products like F5,etc.,
