About the role
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Provides administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and addressing routine information requests.

Gathers, compiles, verifies, and accurately enters information into reports, presentations, forms, databases and spreadsheets.

Assists with data collection, entry, report generation, correspondence, visitor reception, conference calls and meeting scheduling.

Responds to or redirects routine internal and external inquiries about the organization, department, activities and processes.

Prepares and submits vendor and supplier payment documentation, enters payment requests into the accounting system and responds to related inquiries.

Documents and maintains departmental policies and procedures.

Participates as a team member on departmental business improvement assignments and projects as needed.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

A positive, easygoing and team-oriented approach, with the ability to build effective working relationships

Strong organisation and attention to detail, with confidence managing routine administration and competing priorities
-
Clear communication skills and a willingness to provide backup support across the team
-
Experience in administration, manufacturing support, inventory, logistics, parts, warehousing or planning will be well regarded
-
Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
-
ERP experience, ideally Movex or SAP, is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided

Secondary education or equivalent experience
