About the role
Responsibilities
Security Automation Management:
Oversee the operation and maintenance of security automation equipment, ensuring systems function optimally and align with group security automation standards.
Integrated Security Control Room Operations:
Manage the Integrated Security Control Room (ISCR) operations, monitoring the site through CCTV, access control systems, GPS tracking, and other security automation tools.
Security Risk Management:
Perform comprehensive security risk assessments, address audit findings, and implement mitigation plans to reduce vulnerabilities.
Crisis Response:
Ensure prompt and appropriate action in response to crises and incident response issues at the site, coordinating with relevant teams for efficient resolution.
Security Data Analytics:
Aggregate and analyze various types of security data to improve visibility and support informed decision-making.
Predictive Intelligence:
Monitor local news and weather conditions relevant to the business or port operations, utilizing predictive intelligence to anticipate and prepare for potential impacts.
Risk Management:
Conduct site security risk assessments and plan security automation projects to address identified risks, minimizing potential security threats.
Innovative Technology Integration:
Introduce new technologies and automated processes to reduce human intervention and operational costs, while enhancing security measures.
Regulatory Compliance:
Address compliance issues highlighted by external government bodies, ensuring the site meets all security requirements and coordinates effectively during crises and incident response situations.
Continous Improvement Process:
Develop and implement automation solutions that address security concerns and support business operations, acting as a catalyst for business growth and operational excellence.
Digital Mindset:
Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
Team Development:
Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.
Key Stakeholders - Internal:
COO, Other department Heads, Legal team, Direct Reportees.
Key Stakeholders - External:
Government security agencies, Local law authorities, Suppliers.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
BCA/MCA / LLB from recognized university
Or
Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) Issued by ASIS International
Work Experience:
Minimum 10+ Years of work experience in security management, industrial or port environment.
