Junior Marketing Executive Marketing Assistant Fresh Graduates Welcome

About the role

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, events, and print).
• Support the team in event operations, including managing events, data entry, pre/post event logistics, and other live activation.
• Assist in basic graphic design and video editing for social assets.
• Build and support marketing database, maintain customer profiles and enhance customer journey
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms (LinkedIn & Facebook)
• Monitor social media comments, messages, and engagement, escalating customer queries to the appropriate departments.
• Create go-to-market collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and campaign assets tailored for B2B and technology audiences.
• Work closely with corporate teams on marketing collaborations and campaigns.
• Provide ad-hoc marketing support and contribute to broader departmental campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in ICT or telecommunications industries (Fresh Graduates Welcome).
• Solid experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
