• 0-2 years of experience

1. Selected candidates will be part of Tata Communications’ India legal team. They will:

• work on routine commercial- customer facing and procurement facing contracts.
• Drafting of special terms and conditions of customer order forms, purchase orders, etc., SOW, agreements and contracts.
• support business and user teams in reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreement both customer facing and vendor facing.
• support the creation of legal documentation for various business verticals of Tata Communications; and

perform related duties.
