Deputy Manager - Controls Sales North

About the role

Job Summary

He/She should have 8-10 yrs experience in Solution Sales of BMS & IBMS (FAPA, ACS, CCTV, Physical Security) project sales in the industry.

• Strong in technical & a team player.
• Should have worked with the local consultants and aware of the BMS/IBMS market.
• Responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on month-on-month basis
• Responsible for Generating Lead to Order Closure
• Savvy on latest trends in the BMS industry, handle tenders (Major Private),
• willing to learn new tools and work under stringent MIS systems
• Preferably having experience of handling Project/Solution Sales.
• Should have experience in working with ELV Consultants, ELV/MEP Contractors.
• Verticals: Builders, developers, Hospitality, Healthcare, Pharma, Commercials.
• Ready to Travel.
• Good experience in the Assigned Market/Region.

Solution/Products knowledge: BMS, Fire Alarm System, Security products (CCTV Cameras, Access Control systems etc), Physical Security Systems Like (Baggage Scanners, Boom Barrier, Turnstile, bollards etc)

Qualifications

• Experience: 7-10 Years
• Must have a proven track record of developing and closing net new business
• Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related discipline
• Region Handling – Punjab, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan
• Base Location: Gurgaon or Chandigarh
