About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain aftermarket part master data in ERP (Oracle), PLM (Windchill/ TeamCenter), and MDM systems according to engineering specifications and standard work instructions.
- Review and interpret aftermarket BOMs and supplier documentation to ensure accurate part setup and attribute definition.
- Perform data validation, error checking, and version control to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for data governance, workflow efficiency, and standardization of part setup procedures.
- Work independently while keeping project team members and leaders informed of progress and issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams located in different time zones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Engineering fundamental knowledge required.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- CET 4 at least, CET 6 is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially for Excel.
- Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in global multiple team environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle, Windchill, Teamcenter, or other ERP/PLM systems.
- Experience in master data management, BOM management, or aftermarket data processes.
- Experience with Excel VBA, Python, or similar automation tools to support data validation, master data maintenance, and reporting.
