Mechanical Engineer for Liquid Cooling

About the role

Responsible for mechanical design for Liquid Cooling products, especially CDU. Following design requirements to prepare 3D models with Pro-e, release 2D drawings and BOMs. Provide mechanical support for CDU production and product structure feasibility.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Responsible for mechanical design work including 3D modeling with Pro-e, 2D drawings, and unit BOMs. Major in liquid cooling products, especially CDUs. Mainly on pipe connections and cabinet sheet metal design work.
• Provide support on liquid cooling products manufacturing, from engineering side, helps to solve problems on connection, sealing, insulation, etc..
• Provide support on customization for mechanical inquiries and replies.
• Prepare IOMs for standard products and customization designed products.
• Participate in work of mechanical design for new product development.
• Support on-site mechanical issue solving, especially coolant leakage.
• Other assigned work
