About the role

As a Territory Manager for IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Project Sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to handle and expand our presence in the Baroda area, targeting end-users, government sector entities, and consultants. By adopting a solution-selling approach, you will drive sales and ensure the growth of our business in this region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Project Sales team in the Baroda area, focusing on Legrand's product portfolio.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target end-users, government entities, and consultants.
  • Expand our stockiest network and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the electrical or digital systems industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance and meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of tasks.
  • Flexibility to travel within the Baroda area as required.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes.
