JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing commercial contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Support the team in identifying contractual risks and proposing amendments where appropriate.
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and presentation materials as assigned.
• Support the preparation of documents related to legal matters and internal projects.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing contract databases, and document filing systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Final-year student or fresh graduate.
• Good understanding of contract law and legal research methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to commit to the internship period as required.
