About the role

Account Leadership & Strategic Delivery

  • Act as the primary TCTS representative within the Telstra account, fostering strong relationships with client leadership, delivery teams, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Serve as the conduit between embedded consultants, client stakeholders, and account executives, ensuring alignment between customer priorities, delivery outcomes, and account growth objectives.
  • Identify and develop new engagement opportunities by leveraging a deep understanding of Telstra's business, cyber security, data, and operational priorities.
  • Partner with account leadership to support account planning, capability positioning, workforce growth, and strategic investment discussions.
  • Promote the value delivered by TCTS teams through successful program outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and trusted advisory relationships.

Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Build trusted relationships with executive leaders, delivery partners, vendors, and operational teams across complex enterprise environments.
  • Prepare and present executive briefings, portfolio updates, governance reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Act as the bridge between business strategy, customer requirements, delivery execution, and technical implementation teams.
  • Influence decision-making through clear communication, data-driven insights, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Cyber Security & Data Leadership

  • Support enterprise cyber security initiatives through portfolio governance, compliance reporting, data product management, and risk visibility programs.
  • Enable delivery of trusted data products, reporting capabilities, and analytical services that support strategic decision-making and compliance objectives.
  • Collaborate with cyber security, data, and engineering teams to improve accessibility, quality, governance, and consumption of critical information assets.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making through effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning activities.

Program Delivery & Portfolio Governance

  • Lead the operational, financial, and strategic management of complex cyber security and data portfolios, ensuring investment, resources, and delivery activities remain aligned to business objectives.
  • Manage portfolio planning, forecasting, financial governance, and workforce allocation across multiple initiatives, balancing delivery priorities, capacity constraints, and funding commitments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising product owners, architects, engineers, analysts, delivery partners, and business stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Drive governance, reporting, risk management, and executive communications across large-scale programs and transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate roadmap planning, prioritisation activities, business case development, and investment decision-making processes.

Product Adoption, Change & Business Value Realisation

  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption activities to maximise the value and utilisation of strategic platforms and services.
  • Establish operating models, governance processes, and support frameworks that improve service maturity, operational effectiveness, and user experience.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into business-focused outcomes, enabling informed decision-making and increased stakeholder confidence.
  • Partner with business and technical leaders to align capability delivery with measurable operational and business benefits.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance adoption, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
