Assistant Manager - Sales (Pranaam)

About the role
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for Pranaam Services.
- Drive direct sales through corporate accounts, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, OTAs, hospitality partners, and premium customer segments.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase passenger acquisition and repeat business.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, packages, and bundled offerings to enhance service uptake.
- Monitor sales funnel, conversion ratios, and business performance to ensure target achievement.
Business Development
- Acquire new corporate clients and establish long-term business relationships.
- Develop strategic partnerships with airlines, hotels, concierge providers, travel management companies, and luxury service providers.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract finalization with prospective partners.
Key Account Management
- Manage and grow existing corporate and travel trade accounts.
- Ensure account retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with key stakeholders and partners.
- Address client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Customer Acquisition & Experience
- Enhance visibility and awareness of Pranaam Services among premium travelers.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across airport touchpoints.
- Analyze customer feedback and introduce initiatives to improve customer experience and loyalty.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery for VIP, VVIP, business, and high-net-worth passengers.
Commercial Planning & Analytics
- Prepare sales forecasts, revenue projections, and business performance reports.
- Track market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve sales effectiveness and profitability.
- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and KPI trackers.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with airport operations, terminal teams, airlines, commercial teams, and ground handling partners for seamless service execution.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns, customer engagement programs, and brand visibility initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualification
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Aviation, or related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Premium Customer Services, Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Luxury Services.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and acquiring new business.
