About the role

Main Responsibilities 主要职责

• R&D project management

研发项目管理。

• Responsible for the R&D design related medium voltage AIS switchgear.

负责AIS中压开关柜机械结构的研发设计。

• Communicating with product management team for design solution definition.

与产品管理沟通澄清设计方案及需求。

• Discussion with related department for R&D technical issues.

与相关部门沟通产品研发有关技术问题。

• Responsible define the test plan for R&D design verification and perform the test.

负责制订开关柜研发相应试验计划，并参与完成验证。

• Support for solve the technical issues in manufacturing.

协助解决产品生产中的技术问题。

• Support project manager to execute the R&D projects.

协助项目经理完成研发项目。

• Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

执行直线经理分配的其他任务/职责

Main Requirements 主要职位要求

• Master’s degree or above, major in Mechanical or power automation.

硕士以上学历，机械或电力自动化等相关专业。

• At least 3 years’ experience on mechanical design.

3年以上机械设计工作经验。

• Can use UG-NX for 3D model design.

会使用UG-NX进行三维设计。

• Experience on power distribution and transportation industry or medium voltage switchgear related.

有电气行业或中压开关行业经验。

• Ability to work in an intercultural environment with international teams and different company cultures.

具有在国际团队跨文化沟通及工作的能力。

• Short term business trip needed.

能适应短期出差。

• Fluent oral and written English is mandatory.

英语流利。
