Senior Manager-Projects Data Center (MNL)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex data centre projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop project strategies, master schedules and execution plans.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors and vendors across multiple disciplines.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Manage project governance and document control throughout all phases of delivery.
• Act as a key interface between management, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews and technical discussions.
• Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, issues and key deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards and industry best practice.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and KPIs covering project progress and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, reporting and document management processes.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, with extensive experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary projects within engineering, construction, infrastructure or oil & gas.
• Strong project planning, execution, stakeholder management and governance capabilities.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Advanced knowledge of document control processes, systems and project governance.
• Strong risk management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating within high-volume, fast-paced project environments.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and MS Office, including advanced Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with Documentum or similar document management platforms.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

Data Centre certification would be advantageous.
