Job Description
As a Senior Associate, People Technology Services, you implement and manage Human Resources (HR) technology platforms, optimize digital HR processes, and ensure data integrity and security. You troubleshoot technical issues, train teams on new digital solutions, and support the seamless integration of HR systems across the organization. Your mission is to improve the efficiency and user experience of HR technology, enabling the organization to leverage digital tools for enhanced people management and strategic decision-making. Your work directly influences the effectiveness of HR operations, the employee experience, and the organization’s ability to derive insights from workforce data. You serve as an individual contributor within the People Technology Services function, focused on executing operational and functional strategies. You spend the majority of your time delivering and implementing HR technology solutions, applying professional judgment and specialized knowledge. You apply a working knowledge of HR systems and technology to deliver outcomes that impact your immediate work area and occasionally beyond. Your decisions typically involve selecting appropriate methods and processes to complete technical assignments related to HR systems. You address routine and non-routine problems, and influence others by explaining relevant facts, practices, and policies. You work independently with general direction, adhering to established procedures, compliance requirements, and quality standards, seeking guidance for more complex issues.

Seeking a professional with 4-8 years of HRIS experience supporting the Talent Acquisition and/or Onboarding (recruit-to-hire) lifecycle, with a strong focus on managing product enhancement requests, solution development, and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience across HRIS support, product/project management, enhancement delivery, UAT leadership, training, communications, and change management within the TA technology space.

Preferred experience includes supporting and enhancing iCIMS ATS and ServiceNow Onboarding/Offboarding platforms.
