What will you do:

• Support talent acquisition by coordinating candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records
• Assist with programs and employer branding activities
• Partner with HR Operations and Solutions teams to implement and deliver impactful HR programs aligned with business objectives
• Guide hiring managers on available tools and resources to enhance team performance and employee engagement
• Support HR data management, including maintaining accurate employee records and compiling HR information
• Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives that create meaningful employee experiences

What qualifications will make you successful:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in: Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Operations Management Or other related disciplines

• Available for internship in year 2026. Minimum duration 3 Months

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

• Comfort with technology and willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and systems

• Professional communication skills and genuine interest in creating positive employee experiences
