About the role
As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales for the L7 project. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to target government and OEM projects. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Your expertise in the electrical industry and project sales will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the L7 project.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target government and OEM projects in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the electrical industry.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to showcase our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports to the management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the electrical or relevant industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes is an advantage.
- A results-driven and customer-centric approach.
