End User Computing Support Engineer

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide EUC support for office IT systems, including PC hardware/software, network connectivity, and BYOD users
• Handle IT helpdesk requests and provide timely support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Support on the EUC inventory management, asset tracking, security controls, and incident support
• Assist in workstation setup, software installation, equipment relocation, and site preparation
• Perform routine administration and support of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks
• Support the Senior Systems Engineer and System Administrator in daily system operations and network administration tasks
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Cisco CCNA certification is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in EUC, IT support, or network administration. Fresh graduates with CCNA certification are welcome to apply
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications and Windows desktop troubleshooting
• Knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including Routing, Switching, Firewall, VPN, and WLAN (e.g., Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Fortinet, Aruba)
• Familiarity with PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and smartphones
• Good spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
