Your role at a glance
Reporting into the APAC region Senior Director of Construction, the Senior Manager, Program Delivery - Thailand is responsible to lead the planning and execution of large-scale data centre construction projects exceeding USD 200M in Thailand. The successful candidate will lead and oversee all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction planning through handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of complex data centre construction projects exceeding USD 200M in Thailand.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risk, and resources throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans incorporating best practices for data centre construction.
- Coordinate and integrate activities across multiple work streams including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and network infrastructure.
- Select, onboard, and manage local contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure performance meets or exceeds project requirements.
- Build and lead high-performing project teams, both direct reports and cross functional partners.
- Implement robust project controls including cost tracking, progress reporting, scheduling, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and continuous monitoring.
- Conduct and/or ensure regular progress meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and team members. These meetings include but not limited to: Coordination, Owner/Architect/Contractor, Pull Planning (schedule) sessions, Design Management, QAQC & Commissioning and Room Ready/Handover.
- Manage quality control processes in coordination with the regional Quality Manager.
- Manage commissioning activities in coordination with the regional Cx Program Manager to ensure smooth transition from construction to operations.
- Foster positive relationships with local authorities, utility providers, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, operations, finance, and internal department leaders.
- Integrate Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to support design and create master development programs for site(s).
- Support design team leadership for environmental, entitlement and permitting requirements.
- Implement communication plans and project documentation governance.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for vendor selection, award, and contracts.
- Assess and quantify change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
- Optimize project cost effectiveness through constructability reviews and Value Engineering.
- Validate drawings and specifications reflect desired construction quality and ensure proper remediation.
- Develop and implement systems to deliver highest quality standards for project safety.
- Monitor and control risk management insurance and liability controls.
- Present executive summaries and status reports to senior leadership.
