Director of Construction EHS & Safety Excellence - DayOne Data Centers Ltd., Singapore
DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking a Director of Environmental Health and Safety to lead EHS across all construction projects. You will drive compliance with OSHA, EPA, MOM, and ISO standards, shape safety culture, and deliver training and incident investigations. Travel to multiple job sites and collaborate with project leaders to embed best practices. Frontline leadership, strategic planning, and a relentless focus on risk reduction will be essential to safeguard personnel and the environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive compliance with OSHA, EPA, MOM, and ISO standards across all construction projects
- Shape safety culture and deliver training programs
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with project leaders to embed safety best practices
- Develop and maintain crisis management and emergency response plans
- Oversee environmental compliance including hazardous materials and waste disposal
- Maintain and analyze safety metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in construction
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar designation preferred
- Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
