Datacenter Infrastructure Head - Talentvis, Singapore

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the end-to-end deployment, construction, and operations of AI datacenters across Asia. The role will involve working closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams to deliver world-class, scalable, and energy-efficient facilities.

Location: Singapore (with travel to project sites as required) Experience: Minimum 10 years in datacenter design, construction, operations, or large-scale infrastructure implementation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design of hyperscale AI datacenters
• Oversee site planning, construction, vendor coordination, and commissioning
• Ensure compliance with regional regulatory and sustainability standards
• Running of data center operations (post construction)
• Work closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams to deliver world-class, scalable, and energy-efficient facilities
• Spearhead the end-to-end deployment, construction, and operations of AI datacenters across Asia

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in datacenter design, construction, operations, or large-scale infrastructure implementation
• Seasoned leader with experience in hyperscale AI datacenter delivery
• Strong understanding of regulatory and sustainability standards across Asian markets
• Ability to manage both construction phase and post-construction operations
