You will manage access control, CCTV, incident response, and security records while ensuring compliance with client requirements and standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Security Officers and oversee daily security operations in a data centre environment
• Manage access control systems, CCTV, and incident response
• Maintain security records and ensure compliance with client requirements and standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including facilities, IT, and operations
• Conduct regular security patrols and audits of the data centre facility
• Manage security incident logs and coordinate response procedures
• Ensure compliance with NTT Global Data Centers security policies and client SLAs
• Oversee guard force management and vendor performance
• Support security system maintenance and lifecycle management
• Report security metrics and incidents to senior management

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in security operations, preferably in data centre or critical facilities
• Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring
• Analytical skills for incident investigation and risk assessment
• Ability to manage a team in a 24/7 operational environment
