Data Center Asset & Inventory Specialist - Titanticom Tech Singapore, Singapore

TITANICOM TECH (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. invites applications for an Asset Technician to support daily asset management in a large-scale IDC. You will register, track and manage IT assets across their lifecycle, and help maintain accurate records within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Register, track and manage IT assets across their lifecycle in a large-scale Internet Data Centre
• Support daily asset management operations including receiving, tagging, and deployment
• Maintain accurate records within the warehouse and asset management system
• Perform inventory counts, reconciliation, and audit activities
• Coordinate asset deployment, relocation, and decommissioning activities
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and audit requirements
• Generate asset reports and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Support continuous improvement of asset management processes

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in IT, Supply Chain or related fields
• 1+ years of experience preferred
• Strong organisation, communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and asset management systems
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations is an advantage
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
