About the role

On-Site Energy & Sustainability Consultant - Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), Singapore

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore is seeking a Sustainability Consultant to perform on-site energy audits and identify ECMs (Energy Conservation Measures) for HVAC, boilers and lighting. You will support green building certifications and report on energy savings in a fast-paced real estate setting. You will analyze BMS/M&V data, prepare technical reports, and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site energy audits for buildings and data center facilities
• Identify Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) for HVAC, boilers, and lighting systems
• Support green building certifications (LEED, BCA Green Mark, WELL)
• Report on energy savings and sustainability performance metrics
• Analyze BMS (Building Management System) and M&V (Measurement & Verification) data
• Prepare technical reports on energy performance and sustainability initiatives
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on sustainability projects
• Support implementation of energy efficiency projects
• Monitor and track energy consumption and carbon emissions
• Support sustainability reporting and ESG disclosure requirements
• Identify opportunities for renewable energy integration
• Support decarbonisation strategies and net-zero planning

Requirements

• A relevant engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering)
• SCEM (Singapore Certified Energy Manager) or equivalent certifications are preferred
• Experience in energy auditing and sustainability consulting
• Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, and lighting systems
• Familiarity with BMS, M&V, and energy monitoring systems
• Understanding of green building certification frameworks
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate setting
