Where is the work

Field-based: Work is conducted on-site at customer locations.

• 负责维护指定的产品和设备，提高客户满意度；

• 负责上门进行机设备的鉴定、分析、诊断和系统的维修；

• 根据客户的需要对设备进行预防性维护，包括现场检查、零件的更换和设备的更换；

• 根据客户的需要进行现场安装和维修，包括检查建筑布局、难点预测、收集材料和协调现 场作业等；

• 通过检查设备的磨损情况来进行维护；

• 按照公司内部相关制度记录客户资料；

• 各服务站点均应提供再培训业务和进行后续的跟进工作；

• 为客户提供售后指导；

• 在日常中应做好各类零部件和工具的保管工作，将库存限定在一个可接受的范围内，其中 包括设备的清查；

• 能够熟练运用各种工具，根据工程的要求来进行相应的检查和修理；

• 通过查看设备的状况和记录的书面材料，来检验设备的整体情况。通过使用说明书、使用 计划来记录设备的使用情况，妥善处理后续的修理和养护工作；

• 为客户提供专业有效的服务。
