About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and status follow up in respect of procurement of goods for trade, inbound shipment arrangement, customs declaration, receipt of goods, warehousing and storage, and delivery of goods to customers.
- Facilitates interaction between sales, project manager, warehouse, and accountants during order fulfillment; schedules and releases orders for shipment according to contract terms and customer requirements.
- Investigates and resolves complex problems arose.
- Assist in compiling logistics report
- Assist to develop and implement policies and systems to monitor and improve operation efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Relevant experience in order processing and procurement will be an advantage
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC operation especially MS Excel and Word
- self-motivated, responsible & willing to learn
- Fresh graduates are welcome
