About the role

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR working experience, preferably including HR operations, employee services, data management, or shared services.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday Taleo, ServiceNow, Platinum, Gaia, etc.;
• Experience in employee support, employee advise, case handling, or HR service delivery is preferred.
• Project management experience and change management capability is preferred.
• Passion for technology and strong technical savvy.
• Strong process improvement mindset and interest in HR Operational Excellence.
• English proficiency as a working language.
• Ability to work in an international environment and build effective relationships across different languages, cultures, and organizational styles.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage stakeholder and employee expectations effectively.
• Good problem-solving skills and drive for excellence.
• Ability to manage confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
