In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Genset 보증수리 업무 및 유/무상 서비스
G-Drive Engine 보증수리 업무 및 유/무상 서비스
보증수리 Report 작성 및 대리점 서비스 접수/ 발송, 기술자료 지원
영업부 직원과의 업무협조 유지 및 영업지원
발전기 설치 점검 및 시운전, 사용전 검사 등 입회 Test 시험, 운전자교육
기타 Mobile Gen’ 등 유/무상 서비스 .

일일 업무

서비스 접수 및 통보, 서비스실시(필요시 일정 협의 후 실시)
보증Field Service일 경우 서비스 보고서 및 보증 Report 작성
유상 Field Service 일 경우 서비스보고서 및 세계 발행/발송
영업지원Field Service 일 경우 영업지원 P.O 요청/발행 및 서비스 실시(서비스 보고서 작성)
기타 견적서 등 작성 및 수리 유치 활동(패키지 서비스 등)
G-OEM 및 기타업체에서 서비스 요청 시 엔진번호,보증기간 Cummins 공급품 인지 확인하고 서비스실시 또는 지역 대리점에 통보 및 기술지원
타임시트 작성 및 가이던스 시스템에 보고서 작성,작업 전JSA작성

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
