About the role

1. 参与渠道战略以及分析项目，辅助项目经理分析数据、制作报告等

a) 通过Excel等数据分析工具、软件对基础数据进行整理、分析并制作相应图表等

b) 通过PPT等呈现阶段性分析结果，制作项目报告等

c) 参与项目例会，协助项目经理做好会议组织、会议纪要等

1. 协助制作经销商业绩评估报告（Scorecards）包括的各项测评的分数统计、分析报告的制作等（每半年制作一次）

a) 应用技术能力评分与赵工的应用团队商量办理

b) 服务能力评分及文件整理

c) 每年7月初、1月中旬制作完成，并协助向内部同事发布

1. 协助编辑、出版经销商/GOEM手册

a) 由实习生按要求征集并收集相关职能文稿，并负责文字等校对工作

b) 联络供应商进行排版编辑，直至印刷完成，协助分发给经销商/GOEM

1. 协助会议与培训组织事务:与会议组织者配合。

a) 经销商/GOEM培训支持：

b) 钉钉/云学堂-线上培训平台的日常管理与维护，包括定期更新学员信息、上传最新课件等

下半年经销商/GOEM线下培训会务支持，包括协助组织、筹备电力专项培训、应用工程培训

c) 经销商大会会务支持

1. 维护整理经销商信息表

a) 须定期整理经销商基础信息文件，并定期存放在渠道管理公盘里

1. 协助经销商/GOEM发展授权工作：按既有模板制作协议文本、证书、授权牌以及分发工作。

2. 其他渠道日常工作支持

Qualification

1. 本科或研究生学历，市场营销、商务英语/管理以及经济管理等专业；

2. 擅长数据分析，并进行归纳总结制作分析报告

3. 能够保证至少4个月，且每周至少三天来办公室工作的实习时间；

4. 良好的沟通能力，善于与公司内、外部客户沟通；

5. 对Excel，PPT等办公软件熟练使用

Preferred qualification/requirement

1. 对于有数据分析，擅长PPT制作经验的优先考虑

2. 曾经有过渠道管理、经销商培训等工作经历的优先考虑(比如 操作、熟悉运用线上网络培训)
