What will you do?

• Oversee teams responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing and maintenance systems
• Champion continuous improvement efforts that boost efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance equipment performance
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs while resolving complex technical challenges
• Direct resources and tactical operations in alignment with strategic business priorities
