  • Lead interface management among electrical hardware, turbine controller, converter controller and SCADA.
  • Support troubleshooting of turbine-level electrical and control interactions.
  1. Design Verification & Validation
  • Establish electrical DVP&R / verification and validation plans for components and turbine systems.
  • Lead design reviews, technical risk assessments and engineering sign-offs.
  • Define prototype, laboratory, bench and turbine-level validation requirements.
  • Lead root-cause analysis for electrical failures using structured methodologies such as 8D, FMEA/FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis and RCA.
  • Drive corrective and preventive engineering actions based on field and test observations.
  1. Reliability & Product Performance
  • Own electrical reliability improvement across the WTG lifecycle.
  • Analyse recurring failures involving converters, generators, transformers, pitch electrical systems and other electrical components.
  • Drive improvements in thermal management, electrical protection, component life and system robustness.
  • Develop design improvements based on testing, manufacturing and field-performance feedback.
  1. Certification & Engineering Compliance
  • Ensure electrical designs are compliant with applicable wind turbine certification and electrical engineering requirements.
  • Coordinate engineering activities with certification bodies and external technical agencies where required.
  • Maintain design documentation, calculations, specifications, compliance evidence and engineering change records.
  • Support WTG type certification and platform upgrades from an electrical engineering perspective.
  1. Localization & Supplier Engineering
  • Drive localization and alternate-source development for critical electrical components.
