As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will guide enterprise organizations as they refactor monolithic workloads, embrace microservices, and transition to cloud-native paradigms. You will lead strategic initiatives to design, operate, and scale critical software systems while establishing best practices in application lifecycle management, API design, and automated continuous delivery across Google Cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC professional services application modernisation practice through strategy and execution, driving legacy workload transformation across JAPAC and other regions. Drive regional practice strategy, presales agreement qualification, and operational metrics (utilization, revenue, capacity forecasting).
• Guide enterprise customers through application refactoring, transitioning monolithic architectures to microservices, APIs, and serverless models. Architect cloud-native application architectures, enabling scalability, resilience, and continuous delivery across Google Cloud infrastructure.
• Advise technical leaders and Engineering teams on Containerisation strategies, Kubernetes deployment, AI agent architecture, and adopting cloud-native application patterns.
• Establish best practices and frameworks for modernising legacy workloads, API management, DevOps integration, and cloud-native application lifecycle management.
• Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing, cross-regional team of technical consultants across JAPAC.
