About the role

主要職責 Responsibilities ：

• 負責辦公室設施、樓宇設備及機電系統的日常維修、保養及巡檢工作；
• 協助辦公室裝修、搬遷、設施改善工程項目及日常營運維修(O&M)工作；
• 協調及監督承辦商進行維修及保養工作；
• 協助樓宇管理系統（BMS）、冷氣及電力系統的運作與維護；
• 編製維修報告及相關文件；
• 執行上司指派之其他職務及緊急維修支援工作。
• Perform daily inspection, maintenance and repair works for office facilities, building services and E&M systems;
• Assist in office renovation, relocation, facilities improvement projects and operation & maintenance (O&M) activities;
• Coordinate and monitor contractors to ensure maintenance works are completed properly;
• Support the operation and maintenance of BMS, HVAC and electrical systems;
• Prepare maintenance reports and related documentation;
• Carry out ad hoc assignments and emergency maintenance support as required.

入職要求 Requirements：

• 持有屋宇設備工程、機電工程、建築工程、設施管理或相關學科高級文憑／高級證書或以上學歷；
• 持有有效機電工程署註冊電業工程人員（REW）A級或以上資格；持B級資格者優先；
• 具2年或以上設施管理、樓宇設備或相關工程工作經驗；具辦公室裝修、翻新或改善工程跟進經驗；
• 具空調、電力、消防、BMS或ELV系統知識者優先；
• 熟悉MS Office及AutoCAD；
• 良好中文讀寫及溝通能力，具基本英語能力；
• 積極主動、具責任感及能獨立工作。
• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, Building Engineering, Facilities Management or related disciplines;
• Holder of valid Registered Electrical Worker (REW) Grade A or above; Grade B is an advantage;
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in facilities management, building services or related engineering fields;
• Experience in office renovation, refurbishment or improvement projects;
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, fire services, BMS or ELV systems is preferred;
• Proficient in MS Office applications and AutoCAD;
• Good command of Chinese with basic English proficiency;
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
