Join us as a Senior Manufacturing Process Quality Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring product excellence. You'll lead quality initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and shape the quality culture across our manufacturing operations.

What will you do?

• Drive quality assurance throughout the manufacturing lifecycle to minimize risk and maximize product reliability
• Implement quality culture and continuous improvement practices across manufacturing facilities
• Oversee change management for new manufacturing lines to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Partner with procurement and suppliers to address manufacturing quality issues and implement corrective measures

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Quality Strategy— expert level; defining and implementing comprehensive quality frameworks across manufacturing operations
• PFMEA— advanced level; conducting failure mode analysis to prevent defects before production
• Problem Solving— advanced level; resolving complex manufacturing quality issues using structured methodologies
• Process Auditing— advanced level; evaluating manufacturing processes to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities
• Quality Management Systems— advanced level; maintaining and optimizing QMS to meet regulatory and customer requirements
• Root Cause Analysis— advanced level; identifying underlying causes of quality issues and implementing sustainable solutions
• Change Management— advanced level; leading quality-focused transitions for new lines and process modifications
• Five Whys— advanced level; applying systematic questioning techniques to uncover root causes
