Manager-Quantity Surveyor-Data Center

About the role

The role of the Manager-QS is to support post-contract commercial management of data center projects from an Employer perspective, including cost control, contract administration, variation and payment management ensuring compliance with contractual and corporate requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interim payment applications (IPCs), valuation and certification
• Assess and negotiate variations, change orders and contractor claims
• Maintain cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projections
• Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC or equivalent forms
• Support final account preparation and close-out
• Ensure compliance with commercial governance and audit requirements
• Coordinate with PMT, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 8–12 years total QS / Commercial experience
• Minimum 5 years in data center or mission-critical projects
• Strong post-contract experience (payments, variations, claims)
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of FIDIC or standard forms of contract
