• Defining and implementing analytics and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with key stakeholders to create and implement data strategies that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Partner with a team of data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to execute data and analytics projects including AI/ML solutions as applicable.
• Collaborating with various functions and stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs and deploy solutions accordingly.
• Manage data and analytics projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of data and analytics solutions.
• Training and Education: Providing training and education to the organization to ensure that staff can effectively use data and analytics tools.
• Work with Analytics leaders, Data Governance leaders, Data Analysts, IT teams, Data Stewards, Developers, Data Quality COE and Site users/super-users to deploy data & analytics solutions.
• Facilitate the prioritization of work, scheduling and assignment of work as well as the communication of commitments and status to business/ functional partners.
• Communicate the impact to the business of changes in standards, processes, and data quality.

60% - Data & Analytics solutions development and deployment

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, finance, or other technical/analytical subject area
• 5+ years of experience with data and analytics solutions
• 2+ years of experience deploying digital solutions.
• Expert in using visualization tool such as Power BI or other similar tools.

WE VALUE

• Understanding of analytical techniques and visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Understanding data warehouse tools such as Snowflake and Databricks.
• Understanding databases and technologies such as Oracle, SQL, python etc.
• Understanding of various stages involved in an ERP and/or CRM deployment.
• Understanding of different analytics trends like predictive models such as AI/ML.
• Understanding of master and transactional data in SAP, SFDC and associated IT technologies.
• Ability to drive strategic improvements with Data and Analytics management.
• A critical eye for the quality of data and strong desire to get it right.
• Strong execution skills and sense of urgency to translate strategy to execution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
• Understanding of impact of Data on operation excellence, customer experience and ability to look for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Experience with large-scale data analytics and governance initiatives.
• Ability to deal with complex situations or ambiguous problems without guidance or supervision while aligning interests of multiple constituents.
• Ability to lead and influence multi-functional teams without a direct reporting relationship.
• Demonstrated record of on-time and on-budget project and/or program management execution..
